[Chat] anyone else not getting running water?

Update: Just chatted with some city water dept. work crews who are doing things at various points on 31st between Abell and Greenmount.  Most I could get out of them was that yes, the repair they're doing is causing the outage and that it the outage last "not days" but "a while."
