[Chat] Retirement of David Hill

Dear neighbors,

David Hill is retiring after many years of distinguished service to
the Charles Village Community Benefits District Management Authority
(CVCBDMA).  The news was announced today on their website:

I worked with him as a member of the Board for six years and was
always impressed by his competence, professionalism, and care for the
District.  I think I speak for us all in offering appreciation,
congratulations, and best wishes for his retirement years.
