<P>Or even easier - take any of the south streets to Chase (St Paul or Maryland - if you do Howard you don't even realize that it is Chase - looks like the end of MLK) . Right on Chase - this puts you on MLK. From there you can choose either I -395 to I-95 or the ramp to the right just after Washington Blvd which puts you on Russell Street which becomes the B-W Parkway. Especially in the early morning, this works really well. </P>
<P>It is also a quick way to the west side of town. Just make a left on Pennsylvania or Saratoga from MLK (Penn. is better) as they take you to Greene Street just above the VA and U of MD Hospitals.<BR><BR></P></DIV>
