<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>During July, Towson University will guide its
third annual group of high-school-aged students and also some teachers and
leaders from Bulgaria, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, and Serbia as
they work to rebuild their countries.From July 13 - 23, they will stay with a
family, which has been their favorite part of the program. Hosts, too, have
loved it, and many are hosting for their third time; some, however, will be away
