police dept  whereby if one is arrested on a minor charge, one can be 

immediately released, if someone they know turns in a 

handgun?  the next thought is if one doesn't know someone who can turn 

a handgun in then they will not be immediately released.</FONT></DIV>

southwestern district about this.</FONT></DIV>
