on charles st. once upon a time a customer could listen to any cd to determine
if one liked it. no longer. once you could return cds that you didn't
like or for any reason. usually for a store credit. no more. now you
have to buy the cd but can't listen to it, and cannot return it if once home you
don't like it.</FONT></DIV>
