I just checked the CVCBD web site (<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.charlesvillage.org">www.charlesvillage.org</a>) and they
have put on there that the "public meeting" on the bylaws changes is
postponed, with the new date to be announced. The draft version of the
bylaws on the web site is still the 6th, so they still have to put
draft version 7 on there (if it exists yet).<br>
