<DIV>Hello!</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I looked up the owner of a property near us with an unfortunate ongoing
tradition of drug dealing via the Baltimore City Real Property search
feature. I found the owners name, but noted that the house qualified
for a "Partial Exempt Assessment" beginning in July 2004, which lasts until
2005. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Can anyone tell me what that means, exactly? I'm trying to see if the
owner (whose mailing address is the property, but we don't see any females
there) is actually up to date on their taxes. It would be hard to
believe, seeing how their income doesn't seem to go to even paying the
light bill. </DIV>
