<P>Baltimore Free University</P>
<P>Spring semester of the Baltimore Free University: free personal enrichment
courses that are open to all Baltimoreans. Courses are taught by volunteers and
include topics such as Public Speaking, Debt Management, Ballroom Dancing, and
Playwriting. </P>
<P>Classes will take place on the Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus, at the Village
Learning Place, and in the Baltimore Metro Area. The courses are free with </P>
<P>payment of the $10 registration fee per course. </P>
<P>Registration takes place on January 29th and 30th (Saturday and Sunday) from
10 to 1 pm in the VLP Library, 2521 St. Paul Street. The registration fee may be

<P>paid with cash or check made payable to the "Village Learning Place." Walk-in
</P>
<P>registration will take place at the VLP in February.</P>
