design reviews done at the city level? As a DC transplant, I'm trying to
figure out the differences in historic district review. </DIV>

sessions, then recommends their findings to a city wide
Historic Preservation Review Board, as do other, elected entities,
such as the Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners).
