when a teenager on a bicycle rode up from behind and grabbed my handbag
from me. I was carrying it in my hand, sort of swinging it, and it wasn't hard

w:st="on">St. Paul</st2:City></st2:place>, avoided the Neighborhood Walkers,
who lunged at him, and got away. The Walkers had 911 on the phone immediately,
and they chased the kid all over the 'hood but still haven't caught him.
