<DIV>If my recent experience is anything to rely on, the chances of the juvenile receiving any type of significant punishment are small. My handbag was pulled from me on the evening of June 30 by a young guy (16-17) on a bike. Later I identified him while he was being arrested on another charge, and he was charged with the crime. I received one letter from the Juvenile Services people saying that they'd let me know what happened with the charge. It's now the end of November, and I haven't heard anything more. Further, I've seen this kid around the neighborhood, and another purse-snatching has occurred that involved a youth who fit his description.</DIV>
