<DIV>Sheila Rees found a small, very cold white cat on St. Paul Street this weekend. He has a mark around his neck showing where his collar was removed before someone dumped him in freezing temperatures.</DIV>

<DIV>We warmed him up and fed him, and now he has been neutered, tested, and vaccinated, but he needs a foster home while we look for a permanent place for him. Can anyone open a room up to this darling little guy for the holidays?</DIV>

<DIV>He is about 5 mos. old, 6.5 lbs, playful and energetic and very friendly. Everyone who meets him loves him. We think he will grow up into a big cat, but right now he could use some lessons from a well-mannered older cat. </DIV>

<DIV>I've called him Casper because of the season and because he is mostly white with a brown ringed tail and brown spots on his head. Very, very cute.</DIV>
