<body>There was a guy known as The Hon Man who created a laminated sign that said "HON"<BR>
which he stapled to the Welcome to Baltimore sign in the median of 295. The public works<BR>
people who maintained the median would remove the sign whenever they noticed<BR>it. It became sort of a cat and mouse game. You could even purchase your own<BR>laminated HON sign at Cafe Hon when they were located on the south side of 36th<BR>Street in Hampden (across the street from their present location). I would<BR>
recommend contacting Denise Whiting owner of Cafe Hon for her take on the<BR>matter.<BR>
