<DIV>Earlier this year I contacted Fick Roofing who is on 25th Street. The
reason that I contacted them was the fact that they won the Better Business
Bureau Torch Award for Ethical business practices and they are local. I thought
"This is great--finally I can do business with someone that I can trust. One
problem was that they quoted me a price of $75,000.00 which is way above my
league. </DIV>

<DIV>Fick also quoted a new roof for my home in Reisterstown, which they quoted
$45,000.00. I had it done for $7,500.00. The company that did my home did a
great job but does not do flat roofs, sorry to say.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>FYI: The rubber roof is the way to go. The white is a coating that is
applied after the roof is replaced.</DIV>
<DIV>Who ever you come up with, go on line to <A
href="http://www.baltimore.bbb.org">www.baltimore.bbb.org</A> (Better Business
Bureau) to see if the roofer has any complaints filed against them. </DIV>
