<div>opening a location in our neighborhood. They are

<div>a location in the Colonnade in conjunction with a
mini-Starbucks.</div>
<div>This Thursday 1/24 from 10AM - 6PM they are having a Grand</div>
<div>Opening Special called Mini-Madness. Each mini-Cupcake
is</div>
<div>$.50. This is half price. It is their 24th
anniversary</div>
<div>(I think 24 months) so they are celebrating by offering 24</div>
<div>different flavors.</div>

<div>There other location is in the Brown Arcade on Charles
street</div>
<div>and I've been there a couple of times but truthfully, not</div>
<div>that often because it's hard to find a parking spot. But
now</div>
<div>we have cupcakes in walking distance. My favorite are
the</div>
<div>Chocolate Mint.</div>
