take this alert very seriously.<br>

If you see anyone walking around wearing a ski mask when it is not very
cold, call 911 immediately. We need to help Northern District to catch
this offender.<br>

Today, a student was assaulted off campus (33rd and Greenmount Avenue)
while waiting for a bus. In our continuing effort to keep you informed
about things that happen in the community, we are sharing this
information with you so that you can be informed and talk to your child
about safety procedures as he/she travels to and from school.
Currently, the Baltimore City Police Department is investigating the
incident, and they will keep the Baltimore City School Police informed.<br>

Please remind your child to be aware of their surrounding, travel in
groups as much as possible, and limit the use of cell phones and
electronic devices in public. We have a very strong police presence on
campus from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, we strongly urge students
who are not involved in a supervised after school activity, to go
directly home. We will continue to be proactive in our approach to
responding to incidents and keep you informed. We appreciate your
