Both of Charles Village's State Senators need to hear from us. Sen. Joan Carter Conway, the committee chair, supports the bill but is under enormous pressure to keep it bottled up in committee. Sen. Catherine Pugh voted for the bill last year when we lost by one vote on the Senate floor, but this year she appears to be undecided.
