Dear Charles Village Community Benefits District Resident,

Please be reminded that the CVCBD's annual spring meeting at which the CVCBD=
's 2009-2010 Budget will be presented is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at Lovely L=
ane United Methodist Church, 2200 Saint Paul Street, tomorrow, March 23, 200=
9.

The budget reflects a proposal that, due primarily to fical constraints, tha=
t the Security Program be reimagined in a way that would eliminate staff saf=
ety patrols and instead focus on community safety education and organization=
 of citizens on patrol walks.  Current sanitation efforts would be expanded=20=
under the new budget.

Please plan to attend this meeting to learn more about these proposals and t=
o let your opinion be known.  Please also extend this invitation to others i=
n the community who may not be on this distribution list.
