Animal Control photographed the dog, and will request a hearing once the police report is finalized and available. We’ll certainly follow up on both aspects. <br>
<br>Herschel is home as of late last night, and bandaged up quite badly. The vet said he is lucky to be alive, and Greg was not seriously injured himself. However, we will be pursuing this matter legally once all of the paperwork is ready!<br>

Luckily, the pit bull's owner was found, and I was able to obtain the vaccination records. My personal experience has been that Baltimore City Animal Control is worthless.<br>
