The Charles Village Civic Association works with the Benefits District to schedule the dumpsters and clean up supplies. David Hill, Executive Director of the CVCBD, and Matthew Bradby, Sanitation Supervisor, will distribute a flyer announcing the locations of the dumpsters and sign up tables for the supplies. A Baltimore-wide Fall Clean-Up has been scheduled for Saturday, October 23. I've attached the city's press release regarding the event. It looks like community groups are supposed to call 311 to register for the event, and then the city will provide trash bags and trash pickup.<BR>
