Attached please find the notice of CVCBD Quad Rep Nominations due October 9 and Elections to be held on October 12. As you know, the CVCBD Board voted several years ago to limit the amount of budget funds to be spent on the Benefits District Safety Program. In fact, the CVCBD Safety Program has dwindled from the 9 Security Guards plus supervisor, it had in 1995 to the 0 security guards and 1 Safety Coordinator today. So if you care about Crime Prevention and Safety, please run for the Quad Rep position in your Quad and/or attend the Election on October 12 to elect a Quad Rep for your area who cares about Crime Prevention and Safety. In order to make Charles Village safer, we need to have people on the CVCBD Board who will strengthen the CVCBD Safety Program. And we need to show up to the Quad Election in full force.<BR>
