My neighbor, Laura Kindseth, has accepted a position as the Main Street Manager in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Laura has been a fantastic neighbor and a crucial part of Old Goucher and Charles Village scene. <br><br>My niece, Corey Fletcher, was accepted in the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth and was honored in a ceremony on September 26. The project was spearheaded by Mary Bakowski Coyne <a href="mailto:mary@atomicorangeproductions.com">mary@atomicorangeproductions.com</a><br>whose husband Brendan is a CVCA Board Member and Diana Weller <a href="mailto:diana_e3@hotmail.com">diana_e3@hotmail.com</a>.<br>
Diana is a Baltimore City Public School teacher and Mary has design and marketing company<br><a href="http://www.atomicorangeproductions.com" target="_blank">www.atomicorangeproductions.com</a>. It was Mary who designed the CVCA Business Members<br>
decal which encourages Villagers to support local businesses.<br><br>I mentioned to Sandy Sparks that the project warrants an article in The Charles Villager. She believes<br>
it would be best timed for spring to encourage other neighbors to plant flowers on their blocks.<br>
