The rubber roof was expensive but is long lasting. Kelbie Roofing in Columbia did the did porch roofs, flashing and installed commercial grade gutters too. If you get on the roof and look around, you can see the difference between the tar roofs and the rubber membranes if your neighbors have them. I struggled for a year on this and wasted alot of money on alternatives and fixes to ceiling plaster before just deciding to do the rubber roof. Everything he did on the back of my house had to be torn up. Abot 15 gallons of warter got trapped under his job, got rancid and had had to be redone. With the help of a lawyer, I got half of my money back.<br>
<br>Ultimately I had Kelbie Roofing do the whole roof. They do an excellent job. They have done others on my block with excellent results.</span></font></p>

<br>James McDonald Roofing MHIC #80778 at 443-538-2104 is a Flat roof specialist who does torchdown rubber roofs and stands behind his work by coming back as needed for touchups. He is very reliable and does good work. He knows all about Charles Village roofs and has been doing them for years. He advertises in the Charles Villager.<br>
