<br><br><br>Yesterday, three city employees were hacking at the tree in the well in<br>front of my house. These people obviously knew/know nothing about tree<br>pruning.<br><br><br><br>After finishing with that one-and removing major limbs-they went to the next<br>
and took off every branch except those at the very top. The tree looks<br>comical now, like something out of Dr. Seuss with a top knot.<br><br><br><br>They kept on up the block and across the street.<br><br><br><br>Peter, are these people given any instruction on how to prune a tree? And I<br>
