I am forwarding to you a message that I received from the Old Goucher google group on Sunday about the passing of Michael Deets, a representative of the Charles North Community, who worked with the CVCA, Old Goucher, and Abell Land Use Committees on Comprehensive Rezoning over the past year. <BR>
<BR>
His is a tremendous loss, not only for the Charles North Community, but for the surrounding neighborhoods as well. He was always a positive presence, moving the agenda along, and always successfully completing the work he volunteered to handle. He also offered the Traffic Calming committee his support and assistance for the removal of rush hour restrictions on St. Paul Street.<BR>

His obituary appeared one day in the Baltimore Sun on Sunday, March 6. His memorial service is set for Saturday, March 12 at 2 p.m. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church at 1900 St. Paul Street. More details about a memorial fund are attached.<BR>
