I came out and photographed the truck and the Cockey's Enterprises

I confonted the operators of a truck emptying a dumpster
behind 2645-47<br>
North Charles Street when I was awakened by the truck
before 6:00 am.<br>
I am curious how widespread this problem is in Charles
Village.<br>
