We've had problems with My Cleaning Service at 2701 Cresmont. collecting trash and emptying dumpsters before 7:00 am. This morning<br>I confonted the operators of a truck emptying a dumpster behind 2645-47<br>North Charles Street when I was awakened by the truck before 6:00 am.<br>I am curious how widespread this problem is in Charles Village.<br>
