Has anyone been disturbed by trash haulers who empty dumpsters<BR>
early in the morning? The law prohibits the private trash truch from<BR>
collecting trash and emptying dumpsters before 7:00 am. This morning<BR>
I confonted the operators of a truck emptying a dumpster behind 2645-47<BR>North Charles Street when I was awakened by the truck before 6:00 am.<BR>I am curious how widespread this problem is in Charles Village.<BR>
