Please Join us Tuesday, December 13th at Northern District at
6 PM as we meet with Major Tapp-Harper and other members of
Northern District to hear about their action plans for helping
the neighborhood combat the prostitution issue.<br>

This meeting is an opportunity for residents to present their
concerns to Northern District and allow for Northern District
to address some major concerns of residents.<br>

We are facilitating this meeting in a different fashion from
other or past meetings. We are asking that you submit
questions or concerns in a written format. Questions can be

. We are organizing this meeting in this fashion so that we
can address as many questions as possible. Receive detail
answers in return and streamline the meeting in an orderly
