<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Starting at approximately <EM><B><U>7:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2012 Falls Road will be closed to through traffic between Lafayette Avenue and Clipper Mill Road.</U></B></EM> This closure will remain in effect until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 18, 2012. Local access will be maintained for area businesses.</SPAN></P>
