I can empathize with people who work from home or possibly work 3rd shift trying to get some rest. The city is a noisy enough place without the addition of leaf blowers. Please tell me that this is a trial run and that this is not going to be a trend! I
appreciate the job that the CVBD does with our extra tax contributions, but this is not one of them.
