<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">A Block Leader identifies and directs concerns of neighbors to the appropriate service provider, provides valuable information to neighbors about available services and program opportunities, organizes block activities such as block parties and cleanups, and meets regularly with other block leaders to share information and ideas.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The goal of the Block Leader Program is to identify and support a block leader on every block face in Abell, Barclay, Charles Village, Harwood, Old Goucher, including residents, business owners, and property owners.<o:p></o:p></FONT></P>
