The only roofer I have ever found who understands this problem and knows how to caulk the fittings, and repair if necessary , is James McDonald who used to advertise in the Charles Villager as a Flat Roof Specialist who provides "Same Day Service Leak Repairs" He can be reached at 443-538-2104. I have not used him in about a year so I hope he is still around. He is very responsive and responsible and he does good work.<BR><BR>
