<body class='hmmessage'><div dir='ltr'>Columbia Roofers did mine. I went on the roof and saw which was clearly the best. I then asked my neighbors who did it for them. I had poor results from MacDonald and had to get a lawyer involved. You can't just patch these or do the membrane partially because water is so tricky. The thickest membrane you can buy is the best solution. I have had no problems since Columbia roofers did the work and wasted a lot of money with various cheaper solutions. It has been almost 4 years without problems. I agree you must read the fine print. Also, if I had it do again I would have the old roof removed. It is an extra few thousand but it will give better peace of mind. <br><br><div style="text-align: left;">Jeanne Knight
