[CV Block Leaders] Meeting and Important Info **PLEASE READ**

Hi everyone,
I'm writing to remind you that next Tuesday we will be having another
meeting for Block Leaders:
 
March 7th 
7:00pm
Future Care at 27th and N Charles Streets (basement room)
 
***PLEASE BRING YOUR TIMESHEETS!!!***  I MUST have ALL hours in by March
7th!! 
If you are unable to make the meeting, please EMAIL any unreported hours to
me by March 7th!!
 
This is incredibly important at this time, as I have a report due on the 9th
which must include all Block Leader hours!
 
Also, please bring any leftover light bulbs that you were unable to pass out
and return them to me. If you need some in the future, that's fine. We will
be hanging onto the extras. BE SURE to bring all reporting information on
where the light bulbs went. I have to give that information to JHU.
If you can't make the meeting, let me know when I can stop by to pick up
extra bulbs and reporting sheets.
 
Feel free to invite friends and neighbors! We will be talking about
organizing activities in the spring among other things.
