[Chat] Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs

One nice thing about Baltimore is that our city is large and
cosmopolitan enough to have an active Council on Foreign
Affairs, comparable, say, to the Los Angeles World Affairs
Council, even though we are a much smaller city.  Here's
