march with us ... walk your dog, ride you bike, gather your kids and all
their friends, organize the neighbors on your block ... be wild ... be wacky
... be over-the-top ... have some fun ... to register fill out the
application below.

Groovin' to Village Livin'
WHAT: A vibrant colorful procession through the center of Charles Village in
celebration of our diverse community. Voted Baltimore's Best. The Parade
captures the unique flair which is at the heart and soul of this urban
village. 
WHEN: Saturday, May 31, 2003. Assembly @ 9:00 am. Step-off @ 10:00 am.
WHERE: Beginning on Saint Paul Street at 23rd Street, proceeding North to
33rd Street, across to Charles Street, then South on Charles Street, with a
grand finish at 29th Street/Wyman Park Dell.
WHO: You ... children, kids on bikes, adults, dog walkers, kazoo players,
marching bands, community groups, neighbors, non-profit organizations, local
businesses, etc. All are welcome to apply including those from outside of
Charles Village. Creative combinations of people with wild, wacky props are
encouraged.
