I'm not sure exactly what the law says, but I'm sure they're illegal. I just 
removed 2 signs from traffic light posts at 28th & St Paul and 27th & St. 
Paul using a 10 ft. pvc pipe w/ a hook attached.

Is anyone disturbed by the illegal signs on lampposts throughout the
city?  Signs offering credit repair, junk removal, home improvements,
cash for houses, etc. show a lack of regard for the neighborhoods in
which they're posted.

I recently noticed several signs stating 'We Buy Houses' with the phone
number 410-719-6603.

I encourage everyone on the list to call this number and complain about
the placement of the signs.
