(free admission, but you might have to get there early).

Friday's Lecture to Explore Issues in Mass Media
Mark Crispin Miller, professor of Media Studies at NYU and author of
The Bush Dyslexicon, will give a college-wide talk on media
consolidation, news coverage of the war in Iraq, and more. The
lecture will take place Friday, Sept. 12 beginning at 3:30 p.m. in
Knott Hall 03, following the Mass of the Holy Spirit and
picnic. Sponsored by the Center for the Humanities and the Philosophy
Department.
Miller's talk will be limited to the first 140 people to arrive.
Note: Knott Hall is the building just north of Charles and
Cold Spring on the right where the pedestrian bridge ends.
