[Chat] Abell Ave. last night

Any news regarding the massive police presence last night on Abell,
between 31st and 32nd?  I received several conflicting reports, ranging
from a shooting to a car jacking, from various neighbors.  I've searched
local news stations web sites & the Baltimore PD web site (which
apparently is down), but to no avail.
