            Dear Community Leader:


            The Northern District Community Council Officer of the Month Program is currently in need of funding. This worthwhile program recognizes officers for exemplary service to the citizens of the Northern District. 
             
            Each month an officer is selected and presented with a plaque giving recognition from the Northern District Community Council. The cost of each plaque is approximately $55.00 There is currently no funding to continue this program therefore we are asking individuals and or community groups for their help and support for this program. Checks can be made out to The Greater Homewood Community Corp. All donations can be mailed to Northern District Att: Officer Doug Gibson 242 W. 29th St. Balto Md. 21211-2908
