Did the vigil take place? I came by around 7:15, but saw no one there. It seemed a bit windy for candles.

Thanks for having the vigil. Sorry I missed it -- I was out of town. One of my former neighbors, a student at JHU who graduated and went back to Spain, usually takes that particular train to work, but he was running late.

Here's the flyer once again.
There will be a candlelight vigil to honor the victims of the train bombings in Madrid on Sunday March 21st from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The vigil will be held outside Images Cafe 3120 St. Paul Street. Please pass this on to other interested groups. So many in other countries supported us after 9/11, let's show our friends in Spain that we mourn their loss while we honor and support their efforts for peace. A flyer is attached for you to print out and distribute.
