[Chat] Student houses

There's a real problem with single-family homes being turned into rental units in the 2700 block of Guilford. I would like to start a group interested in working to change the regulations governing these houses to make them less attractive to investors. I've written to Mary Pat Clarke and Jack Young asking what possibilities, if any, exist. Is anyone interested enough in this issue to work with me on it?
