[Chat] Student houses

One house that I know of in that block is currently being (nicely)  renovated 
into a single family rental house, but was owned by a previous family  that 
let it deteriorate into a deplorable condition, infested with rats,  roaches, 
and filth.  So, not all home owners are exactly the same, and all  don't take 
care of their properties.
 
In this case, it needed to be completely renovated and will need to be well  
maintained in order to attract (and keep) professional  tenants...
