[Chat] Apartments for Teach for America students

The house being renovated at 2711 Guilford will be done by the end of July.  It will be a
single-family rental (three bedrooms I think).  It will be very nice as the man developing it
lives at 2635 Guilford and also renovated 2638 Guilford, as he does great work.  The developer is
Eric Hoel.
