Hi all--

The house next door to mine (attached on the south) is for sale. It's structurally sound, but it will need a lot of updating--the people have lived there since the 1960s. Happily, however, the house has not been "remuddled," so it has a lot of potential. And of course, it has me next door to wave to and gossip with--and to help turn the dirt pit in the back yard into a beautiful garden. :-)

New listing in Charles Village.  2728 Maryland Ave is a porch-front two-story 
house that is 3 blocks from Johns Hopkins University.  The first floor and 
basement is a two-bedroom apartment.  Both bedrooms are in the basement and 
the first floor contains a large living room, dining room, and an eat-in 
kitchen.  The second floor is a large one-bedroom.   The living room in the 
front has a bay window and the kitchen is large enough to eat-in.   This house 
has not been modernized.  The kitchens and bathroom are older and there is a 
lot of panelling and suspended grid ceilings.
