[Chat] water main break

Apparently there is some kind of water main break affecting water supply in 
the area.   It's supposed to be fixed by morning, but in case not, be aware 
that the fire hydrant at 30th and Abell is open (at least it is at this hour) and 
can be used for drinking water.
