Well, I must say that now that I must drive to work,
rather than walking to catch the bus & train, I've put
on a couple extra pounds. And now that I'm pregnant
(due in mid-July), I'll have to put off dieting, but I
don't have to stop doing yoga!  Although I don't now
have the chance to walk every day, fortunately, my new
neighborhood has many opportunities for walking: to
the grocery store, drug store, post office, library,
my doctor's office, etc.
