[Chat] FW: Toynbee tiles in Baltimore

Hello, Christine,

I approved the message you sent to the Chat List
about Toynbee tiles.  It was a bit large.  Adding an image
can make a file large, so if it's possible, it's better
to link to an image.  That's more friendly to the space
on my server and to people with dial-up connections.

That said, the Chat List doesn't have nearly as much
traffic as the Discussion List, so I've increased the
limit on the size of messages from 40K to 100K.

Thanks for writing to let me know.  Most moderation
requests I get are spam, so I tend to ignore them,
unless someone writes to me personally to let me know.
